The JSmile Dental Clinic messaging service is provided for clinic inquiries, general information, customer support, and appointment coordination.

We are currently developing tools to help our front desk answer inquiries more consistently. Those tools are in an internal observation phase only. They do not send messages to patients. Every reply you receive from JSmile Dental Clinic on Messenger is sent by a member of our clinic staff.

Information provided through messaging is not a dental diagnosis, and does not replace an in-person professional assessment.

A dentist cannot examine your teeth through a chat window. Anything we tell you by message is general information to help you decide on your next step — it is not a clinical opinion about your condition.

Prices shown or discussed through messaging may be starting prices or estimates. Where applicable, the final price may depend on clinical assessment once a dentist has examined you.

We will always tell you the cost before any treatment begins.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by the clinic. A time discussed in a message is a request until a member of our staff confirms it.

Messenger is not monitored continuously and must not be relied on in an emergency.

If you are experiencing severe pain, heavy bleeding, facial swelling, difficulty breathing or swallowing, or an injury to the face or jaw, seek immediate in-person care. Do not wait for a reply.

Abuse, fraudulent use, or misuse of the messaging service may result in access being restricted. This includes harassment of our staff, impersonation of another person, and deliberately false information.

JSmile Dental Clinic may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
